assalamualaikum readers....okay...now I want to share about strategic management and operation based on Islamic perspective.......Management from an Islamic perspective is an emerging subject......it is evident that much emphasis is there on basic issues such as ethic and leadership.....and those related to behavioral aspects of organization.........there is source available focusing on Islamic perspective to operational area of management such as management process, quality management,marketing and selling or performance appraisal of employee.......The system must be flexible and must change with change of time and space without compromising the tenet of Islamic  via objective of Islam and Syari'ah.....
