Holiday Before Exam

hai...hai...hai readers.....actually entry kali nie nk citer cikit pasal holiday last week...holiday bersama family....percutian kali nie kami se-family xamik masa yg lama cgt...just 3days only...kali nie kami pilih utk travel 2 negeri n 1 negara.....dr selangor kami ke Perak--->Thailand--->Kedah....lps 2 balik ke perak balik....penat....mmg penat...but kami happy....kami gerak dr rumah dlm area kol 8pagi hri jumaat....tp sblm smpay ke destinasi percutian 2, dlm perjalanan kami hadapi mslh...mcm biasa la...hujung tahun...banjir....so 2kali kami tersangkut kt dlm banjir....first time kt Bota...n second kt Kuala kangsar....tp apa2 pn tu lah pengalaman....dan di sebabkan banjir tu lah kami sampay kt pengkalan Hulu pukul 5:30ptg...agk lewat jgk la dr wktu jangkaan kami....

my happy family....rindu nk p b'cuti ag....

di kala waktu ini ku amati awan di langit mendung serta menyembunyikan cahaya matahari dr memunculkan diri.....aku mula terfikir bagaimana dikala esok hari....masih adakah cahaya matahari memancar sinarnya.....ku rindukan cahaya itu....sama seperti ku merindukan 'dia'....di saat ini ku cuba mencipta puisi indah untuk 'dia' utk ku luahkan rasa beban di hati.....aku mula terfikir di kala esok masihkah ada waktu utk kita terus bersama lagi....

hyeee everyone......today I would like to share with you about operational management....actually this topic we learn only in last topic....sooo I most prefer share about some activity that our lecturer ask us to do in tutorial class......first activities is debate.....debate about two phrase......"early bird get worm" and "second mouse get cheese".....this debate we must relate with strategic management and operation....what the strategic they must use to make sure they get what they want....and the second activities is creativity......in this activity, our lecturer ask us to perform in group....soo we divide in three group.....each group will get a newspaper.....what we must do with newspaper is we try build up a company and try do some product or symbol relate with our company.....our lecture just give us one hour to finished all things.....from this activity we can learn how we want cooperate with team to get collaboration each team members.....at the same time we can apply what strategy we can use in this activities......and the final for this activities is we must present in front of others group about our company and our product and symbol......that all....thank you...

Today I want to share with all of you about SWOT Analysis....what is SWOT analysis? SWOT analysis means a structure planning method used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats involved in a project or in a business venture......Strengths and weakness are often internal factors to organization while opportunities and threats generally relate to external factors....SWOTS also called as Internal-External analysis.....and SWOT matrix called as IE Matrix........

SWOT analysis is a simple but useful framework for analyzing your organization's strength and weakness, and the opportunities and threats that you face.....It helps you focus on your strengths, minimize threat and take the greatest possible advantage of opportunities available to you......It can be used to 'kick off' strategy formulation or in a more sophisticated way as a serious strategy tool.....it can also use to get an understanding of your competitor, which can give you the insights you need to craft a coherent and successful competitive position....... when the carrying out the analysis, be realistic and rigorous......Apply it at the right level and supplement it with other option generation tools where appropriate......that all about SWOT analysis....thank you...

Hye...hye...hye readers......actually I want share with you about current issues that I was present a day before I travel with my friends......the current issue is about PTPTN loan.....a week before my turn present,, our Prime Minister was announced budget 2015....soooo my topic are related with that....as we know, PTPTN is one of bodies that offer a loan to the student who want continue their study in Local universities.....starting 1997 until 2014, 2.1 million Malaysian have taken loan and the total is RM47.8billion......However, until 31/8/2014 only RM5.36billion@46% from RM11.76billion have been collected and until 2010, 174000 borrower do not pay back their loan...so from that reason, government try to attract the borrower's attention to repay the loan by reducing interest rates from 4% to 3% and the last up to 1% for interest....however, the borrower still failing to payback the loan....soo that government do a new rules....there are if borrower still fail to payback the PTPTN loan, they can't leaving the country....it means borrower can't go travelling for work or holiday to oversea until they payback their loan....in budget 2015, our PM was stated that the borrower who pay lump sum until 31/3/2015 they will get 20% discount....and they will get 10% discount if they pay back the loan for a continous period 12month up to 31/12/2015....sooo it can be help you to pay back the loan.....this current issues that i share with my friends in class...

In part 5, I wan tell you the new topic about corporate level....this topic we learn with international guess.....From Indonesia and China......This topic discuss the kind of the strategies are recommended for organization....the internal  environment of every entities are different.... Basically the generic strategies can be grouped into three board decision-making categories.....there are corporate, business, and functional levels......corporate level strategies formulated at the top looks at the whole organization with the helicopter view...

"yang aku inginkan bukan yang sempurna....kerna aku juga bukan yang sempurna....tapi yang aku harapkan seorg yang mmpu bersama dengan ku disaat aku susah, senang, sakit, sihat..... Good Night everyone...hahaha...rasa nya da lama cgt menyepi dari dunia blogger nie... Actually for this week we doesn't have any class for strategic management but Dr just do some quiz for us... We call as online quiz... The question????? Fuhhhh....semput sekejap.... 

last week all of us have mid sem break... And before midsem break we have class.... in that class we learn the new topic... It is about "Typology of Alternative Strategies 2: The Business and Functional Level"... Actually after we learn this topic, we should know the different level of organizational strategies, namely corporate, business and functional strategies.... And we also should know the different types of business level strategies such as cost leadership, differentiation and focus...

What I Have Learn (Part 2)

Good night my beloved Readers.... We meet again for this week... As usual... For this week I got more knowledge...yeah...MORE...after a few semester I didn't learn in formal arabic subject, suddenly this sem we have one subject in arabic.. This Subject we called Halaqah subject... when me learn this subject, I feel like a kid which they want start to know n to learn A,B,C... ooooo sooooo pity....  but its okay .... at least I got the knowledge... It's Important.... Actually this week many class had cancelled...so I have more time to do some task which that task are related with ICEPS subject... Frankly speaking I'm very2 stress when I do task for ICEPS... I don't know why.... until I feel I want stay away from ICEPS...oooooooo.....Sooooo stress....why I said like that it is because 24hours, 7days a week I always think about ICEPS... I think my brain will stuck when I always think about Iceps...huuuhhhh....that all for this week...see u later...

8/9/2014 bermula lah kembali kehidupan aku sebagai student tahun akhir Sarjan Muda Pentadbiran dan Hubungan Korporat, Fakulti ekonomi dan Muamalat, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia..Fuhhhh...panjang b'jelar...ooooooo tahun akhir rupanta aku nie...tua da rupa nye aku nie...cam xcaye jerrrr....*tepuk pipi bg sedar...skali ag this year aku xpisah kolej ngn kwn2 aku....dorg dok KKSI...n aku dok KK1...nsb la bdn...ingtkan tahun akhir nir dpt la dok sama ngn depa, rupa xdpt gak...mmg USIM saja nk pisahkan kami la kan.....xp la...nk wt cmner kan...I think this sem  adlh sem paling bz dn Iceps10 nye yg bakal berlangsung in november...fuhhh....cm xder jerr masa utk aku rehat,...chill larrr....xp3..nty msti aku ghindu suasana nie le da abs belajar nty....okay this sem I've mission...misi yg perlu di laksanakan in this sem gak...WAJIB....kok mn pn kne gak...sem nie aku kne amik 8sbjk...fuhhh.... LAPAN oooooo....gilak itu....kalah adik2 junior...mmg semakin bz la aku d wt nye...tp ap2 pn aku still akn cuba utk curi masa 2mnggu sekali balik kampung....MESTI....

What I have Learn (Part 1)

Good Morning all my readers... Hope all of you have a nice day... :) :) :) :) :)

Actually I just want to share something what I get it this week especially in management strategy and oprational's class... Before that, my lecturer for this subject is Dr.Ummi Salwa binti Ahmad Bustamam... she very sporting Lecturer.. n happy go lucky person... I like her... Her class at Friday 10-12pm... OOOOOOOO FRIDAY... I want go back HOME... But Its okay.. I can back after her class..  Last Friday we do some activity to test our mind to solve the problem.... Dr ask us to divided us into 10 group... Then her give us the old newspapers... & she want us build a tallest tower using that papers... Dr just give us 10 minutes only to finish it the tallest tower... Sooooo from that activity I've learn how to build up strategy during we want do something if we're in a limited time. then how we want cooprate with each team group to finish the task... Communication each other are importance during to finished the task.... okay...that all for this week....see u again in next week....

Terungkap Jawapan Pada Persoalan

Jawapan yg bakal terungkap dr beberapa persoalan..persoalan yg mungkin tidak di ajukan terus pada aku tp di ajukan pd kawan aku... but still related with me... susah cgt ea nk tnye terus kt aku... aku rasa aku xpernah kena kan ap2 bayaran pn if ad yg nk bertanya... soooo lps nie xyah da susah2 nk tnye pd kwn aku ag pasal aku... if your question is about me, just ask me... not ask my frenz.. they don't know anything about me... sooooooo lps nie xperlu la nk takut kalau nak bertanya...aku xmkn orang pun.. okay... forget it about that... :) :) :) :) :)

Berbalik pada gambar yang aku kongsi kan nie, it also relate with me...why I say like this????? aku taw, ramai yang tertnya-tanya kenapa kadang2 aku OFF & kadang2 aku ON pakai benda nie.... but maybe starting next semester akan terus OFF pemakaian nie.... why???? why???? why???? bukan aku saja2 nak OFF but I have reason kenapa aku buat semua nie... kepada pemakai2 NIQAB di luar sana ku pohon ribuan ampun dan maaf, kerna aku xmampu nak terus kan pemakaian nie... I'm sooooo sorry frenzzz.....

pemakaian NIQAB nie actually aku letak kan ia sebagai sunat & sunnah (I think bnyk ag sunnah2 lain yang aku boley ikut selain berniqab). actually based on my knowledge, tiga keadaan why people wear NIQAB:

 1) as a sunnah @

 2) paras rupa yang terlalu menawan sehingga boley menimbulkan fitnah @

 3) paras rupa yang terlalu hodoh sehingga boley menimbulkan fitnah.

soooo I take it as a sunnah....

Berbalik kepada persoalan kenapa aku OFF pemakaian NIQAB nie.. Video dr ustz Syed Abdul Kadir Al-Jofree nie bakal menjawab persoalan uollzzz... (pemakaian niqab Asasnya kerana ia perbuatan baik maka tak perlu minta izin. Tapi kalau hukumnya tak wajib dan dilarang pula oleh ibu bapa maka janganlah pakai.)

that why sekarang nie aku OFF terus pemakaian NIQAB nie.... At the same, yee aku akui ini kesilapan aku jgk sbb mula2 dulu nk pakai aku xbincang dgn family.... Mula2 dulu aku pakai Niqab nie utk keselamatan aku... n aku rasa selamat when i'm use it... but now aku letak kebergantungan aku utk keselamatan aku pada ALLAH... aku percaya ALLAH akan jaga aku every time...

Soooo aku harap cgt lepas nie if ad yg nampak aku keluar without NIQAB, korang tak pelik...bkn aku saja2 nk OFF pemakaian NIQAB nie...aku taw ramai yang bertanya 'WHY'.... Soo harapa cangat entry nie menjawab segala persoalan korang...

Marcapada ini ramai manusia lbh suka berbicara soal kahwin muda..yes...aku akui perkahwinan ini adalah salah satu sunnah nabi..tp bersediakah kita utk memikul tanggungjawab sebagai suami @ isteri dalam usia yg muda..kita bkn nk membina istana pasir di tepian pantai tapi kita nk m'bina baitul muslim yg m'gapai keredhaan ILAHI..tp itu tidak bermakna aku m'halang mereka2 yang b'keinginan utk b'kahwin muda...kerna aku dulu pn b'hajat utk b'kahwin awal..tp ble fkr kn pro - cont & positif-negative nye,,hasil nye cont & negative nye yg bnyk...so lps dr 2 aku terus stop thinking psl b'kahwin awal...soooooo for me, better kita penuhi dulu diri dgn segala2 jenis ilmu as a persediaan..kerna zaman mellanium nie t'lalu bnyk cabaran n dugaan dlm menguruskan rumahtangga n dlm mendidik anak-anak...ia cgt b'beza dgn zaman atuk nenek kita dulu2...
